Shipping policy

It usually takes 3-5 business days* for orders to be shipped. If there is any delay in the timing we will notify you immediately at the contact information you provided during checkout. 

We are not in control of shipping times after your purchase leaves our facilities. Shipping carriers sometimes experience delays that are unforeseen. (Weather, etc.) If you have not received your items within 10 business days* please notify us so we can make it right. 

*Business days are considered Monday-Friday 11am-6pm
